Zoho Corp, a global leader in Human Capital Management solutions, based out of Chennai, India and US, announced that it has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with MariApps Marine Solutions, a leading provider of digital solutions to marine industry, to jointly develop Human Capital solutions. The partnership will focus on bringing HR automation to marine sector by integrating ZOHO People, ZOHO Recruit with PAL ERP solutions marketed by MariApps. Zoho People, ZOHO Recruit, the HCM solutions from ZOHO will be implemented at Bernhard Schulte group of companies by MariApps Marine Solutions and ZOHO jointly.

The Zoho-Mariapps partnership is a substantial union. Zoho brings one of the broadest suites of online applications for business, collaboration and productivity. Meanwhile, Mariapps brings its huge base of technology users from the shipping industry.
This combination will provide Mariapps customers with a complete online HR software along with the suite of maritime enterprise solutions. The users will get benefit by overcoming HR challenges like managing personnel records, workforce scheduling, training administration, travel request generation, leave accounting and more.
